past weekend's BLF USA board of directors meeting ...
--- Cooperative funding of BLF books for a theology school in Haiti
in conjunction with BLF Canada was approved.
--- BLF Prayer & Praise Update and BLF Impressions Newsletters will
soon be available in both English and French.
--- We sent YOU a survey - (and to all BLF Prayer
& Praise partners)
this past Saturday, to request your feedback to know what country you reside in and
if you would like your Prayer & Praise version in English or French. If you haven't replied to let

--- The Phillips are settling in at their new missions assignment in
Lyon, France in conjunction with the joys of their new baby boy Caleb and associated
financial support issues.
--- Reports were received regarding forward progress occurring in reaching
many groups with materials and programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo,
to grow believers in God's Word and to reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
It was noted the boarders are re-opening with respect to the pandemic - good news to
reach out with God's Word. Other missions organizations are requesting BLF printed
materials to augment their outreach.
--- As part of our annual fiscal review, we received a good financial
audit report of BLF from our outside accounting firm. We do this glorify God by assuring
you that our organization's finances and procedures are above board and in compliance
with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
--- We are preparing for outreach opportunities we are seeing
develop, as countries
open up from the pandemic. Also, we are excited about new opportunities for U.S.
Christian universities and colleges with French programs.
--- As we discover more and more French / Francophone communities of people
in the U.S., we will be focusing to reach these communities for Christ.
--- Our staff and board is committed to partner with YOU to pray for YOU as well.
