-Please be praying for the upcoming
CRAF missions conference in Côte d’Ivoire April 18-22
focused on the unreached peoples of Francophone Africa. Pray that the BLF books will arrive safely to the
conference and be of great encouragement to all who receive them.
- We continue to ask for prayer for the leaders of the Francophone world and the countries
they lead. This week, our focus is
Comoros, an overpopulated island off the coast of Africa.
Please take a moment to pray for Azali Assoumani, President and the Vice-Presidents, Ali Soilih, Fouad Mohadji and
Nourdine Bourhane as they lead one of Africa’s poorest and unchurched countries.
Witchcraft, curses, and spirit possession are widely practiced, despite the fact that 99% of the population
follow Islam. Evangelism is forbidden and Christians face much opposition from their families and community.
Christian medical and veterinary workers have won public honor, which has brought opportunities to share the gospel.
Response has been almost entirely from non-Comorians (Reunionese, Malagasy and French).
