BLF Prayer & Praise - August 5^th, 2008

Dear Friends and Co-workers,

As you think of BLF this week, please pray and praise with us for these items of prayer. Your participation before His throne of grace in prayer is a source of great encouragement to us.

Pray for Quebec Hope 2008, it's in full swing!

Please pray for these 3 groups in specifically;

Pray for the 'distributors'. Every afternoon from 1:30 - 4:30, approximately 100 people spread out across Quebec city to distribute Gospels of John. Pray the hearts of the 'distributors' will be clean that God might work in them and through them.

While the above group is out distributing, there is a group of 'prayer warriors' who spend the same block of time in intercession for the distribution. Pray these likewise will be in harmony with God that He might bless their intercession.

Pray also for all those attending the evening concerts. Included in the Gospel of John packet is an invitation to attend the evening concerts. These concerts are put on by Christian artists, who together with an evangelist, give a powerful presentation of the Gospel.

The streets of Quebec and surrounding areas are ripe to hear the Gospel.

God's Word - In French - ready to be distributed

The leadership of Quebec Hope 2008 feel there is a spiritual battle taking place for the hearts of the Quebecois. They ask your prayer for God to remove all obstacles, like he did for Josef, Sophie, and 4 others who accepted Christ as Savior and Lord.

Pray for receptive hearts among the Quebecois. Pray God will intervene, and that hundreds - even thousands - will respond to the message of salvation. Pray for the distribution of 350,000 Gospels of John and 10,000 New Testaments. Pray God will bless every word of testimony for His honor and glory.

Please remember to pray for these requests every day this week. Thank you.
