BLF Prayer & Praise - July 8th,
2008
Dear Friends and Co-workers,
As you think of BLF this week, please pray and
praise with us for these items of prayer.
Your participation before His throne of grace in
prayer is a source of great
encouragement to us.

Walt & Nancy Zurfluh
(CA Reps) have reported that the container of
Sunday School material has made another step
closer to its destination. In February we heard it
had arrived in Bangui where it needed to cross the
Congo river but the ferry was broken. Apparently a
smaller ferry was brought in to move the container
(on a truck) across the river. Unfortunately, the
ferry started taking on water and bogged down before
it reached land. We will get full details on this
story shortly and you can check out all the details

www.blfusa.org.
Thanks for praying and don't stop
now, it is almost at its destination. The latest
word is that the government wants to charge several
thousand dollars customs for bringing these books
into the country. However, it is a well-known law in
Africa, that educational materials should not be
taxed. Pray these additional taxes will be dropped. |

Praise God we have
a FULL SLATE of 9 Impression Teams for 2009.
This is a tremendous encouragement to see an upsurge
of interest in teams. Pray especially for the
preparation & training of the first all-Canadian
team from Killarney, Manitoba.
Pray it will be
smashing success for the glory of God! |
