Toe-Blake and Linda Roy

Linda was scheduled to have her first surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on Tuesday, November 13th. On Friday, the 9^th, the hospital called to cancel the surgery because of a conflict with the operating room schedules. Not having any news for 2 weeks, she called Monday, Nov. 26^th and was informed that they did not yet have a date to reschedule and that the surgery would certainly not take place until January. Please pray for God‚s timing perfect timing for the surgery. Toe-Blake is scheduled to be away, Jan 16^th - 22^nd, Jan 24^th & 28^th and then he is away again Mid-February to early March.

Pray for Quebec Hope 2008. The church should be receiving a DVD with all the promotional information for this MEGA-Evangelism campaign July 31^st & Auguest 10^th.

Pray for our Gospels of John project (350,000 copies for Quebec Hope 2008) and for our office renovation project ($20,000 for renovation of office facilities and a training center for BLF Canada Missionaries.) Pray that God will provide the funds for both projects!

Praise Items:

We praise the Lord for his protection during our 10-day trip to Manitoba and Saskatchewan, November 15^th - 24^th. We also praise him for the opportunity to share our ministry at two missions conferences. Toe-Blake was the key note speaker in the Manitoba conference and we were blessed by the response of the people as Toe-Blake shared the word and encouraged them to participate in missions. The missions conference we attended in Saskatchewan as at Nipawin Bible College in northern Saskatchewan and it was such a blessing to share with the students there and challenge them to attend Quebec Hope 2008.

Praise the Lord for the success of our "Donkey Miles" program. To date we have accumulated a total of 12,300 points and we have used 5400. We become GOLD members next year and are excited to see how God will multiply our "Donkey Miles" in 2008. We also praise the Lord for a special friend who used their personal Air miles to cover our deputation trip to Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The trip cost us approximately $350 as Air miles were used for the flight, car rental and fuel expenses.

Praise the Lord for the excellent response we are getting for participation in Quebec Hope 2008.
