We have been hearing from people in Africa who are praying for the rest of the world - for the Cornavirus plague as well as people's salvation. This group of kids, from Mozambique (East Africa - a Portuguese speaking country), is on the map praying for people and their countries around the world - daily - even for you and me. These kids are setting the example of what each of us needs to be doing daily.

Here's a challenge: How about you, your family and kids, your Bible study (socially distanced!), and those you talk with (socially distanced!), finding a map and spending time praying for others around the world?

Has it occurred to anyone that "just perhaps" some of this might be God letting us, telling us, enabling us, to slow down and focus on getting closer to God - in deep fervent prayer, in time in His Word?

As you pray, we would ask you to please remember to pray for the French speaking world - around the world. Also, please remember to pray for us - we are still on the move to get His Word out to bring people who are far from God, close to God through the saving work of Jesus Christ. Please help us in this way to accomplish that during these rough times. Thank you!

Please pray for the staff at BLF Canada.
Due to COVID-19, BLF Canada Director Toe-Blake Roy's speaking engagements have been cancelled. Without being on the road to raise support, BLF Canada's bank account is suffering, so that both Director Toe-Blake Roy and Assistant to the Director Zak Kenney can no longer be paid. Pray that the Lord will strengthen our faith to see us through this challenge. The Canadian government has announced emergency government benefits for those in this sort of situation.

At the same time, the situation indicates the views of many Canadians: they see the government as their savior, and the government attempts to fulfill that role. Pray that people would be confronted with the truth of their own lives and the truth of the gospel.

Also, please pray that God would lead us to new, creative, "inovative", "out-of-the-box" ways to reach French speaking Canadians for Jesus Christ.
