- Please pray for a pastor from Ohio soon to depart for the DRC Congo.
Pastor Jonas and Eleanor, his wife, travelled last Saturday morning from Ohio to the BLF USA office in Carol Stream to pick up several Leadership Packs and other miscellaneous books. This compliments a recent shipment of BLF Sunday School Curriculum on its way to Congo. Please continue to pray for some additional boxes of curriculum to arrive in Ohio by the end of the week. Also pray for safe travels via shipping container and travels on the roads to the churches in Congo. It was such a joy to hear Pastor Jonas tell how Eleanor researched and came across the BLF website and the curriculum. “It is perfect” pastor Jonas said. They also shared about the missionary work they are involved in. It was such a joy for our BLF US office staff to meet with them. Please pray for them as they carry out their calling to serve the Lord.

- Praise God for Claire Miller, BLF USA’s intern who arrived home from France today after having served at BLF Éditions for the past 10 weeks. Claire has had an interesting time in France and has been involved in a variety of things. Claire helped with a large project as part of the team that Russ and Mary Ann Miller recently lead, where they prepared a number of BLF’s books to reach the Francophone world for Christ. While in France, she also participated in some local vacation Bible school classes. Please pray for her as she settles back in the US and will leave to return to college life in two weeks. Please pray for her as she prepares for College and her life’s calling.

- Please begin to lift up the BLF USA board and staff as they prepare for a Board meeting September 6th and 7th.
