For
BLF Canada ...
- From Rev. Toe-Blake, Director of BLF Canada: This Christmas, we have had so much to rejoice in.
As we proceed to 2018, we praise God for the recent evangelism campaign in Verdun (down town Montreal). 22,500 homes
received the message of salvation and an invitation to a Gospel concert. This is how pastor Claude Laverdière
summarizes the event from its inception, to its implementation and finally to its culmination:
"I thank God for the wonderful celebration that we had last Sunday at the Church of Grace in Verdun.
The Church was filled. There were many people who had the joy of hearing the message of the Gospel.
I had the perfect joy of talking with a young man who was receptive to the message of hope in Christ Jesus.
Pray for the salvation of Francis. I am grateful to all the team of ‘Finding The Hope’ who delivered 22,500
invitations with the message of salvation in the homes of Verdun. This is the beginning of a great spiritual
revival. Thank you to all those who, in the context of the local church, have committed to testify their faith
in Jesus Christ. God is at work in the southwest of Montreal and Verdun. We are at a turning point in the life
of our Church. God keeps the best for 2018."
Please pray as we proceed to 2018 in just a few days - please pray that God would work in
these lives affected by this recent campaign as well as the message of salvation through Jesus Christ - whose
birth we've just celebrated this past Monday.

While the gospel of Christ was being shared in many ways, (by sharing with people on the streets and in concerts), others actively prayed for Francophones in the Verdun section of down town Montreal
