- This is the second week we are asking you to join us in praying for the people of Togo. Togo is currently experiencing a delicate socio-political crisis. A Togolese Christian leader recently shared these urgent requests.
- 1. - Pray for God to touch the heart of President Faure Gnassingbé, that he would make wise decisions benefitting the whole country.
- 2. - Pray that those who surround the president would fear God and give wise counsel.
- 3. - Pray that God would help the opposition have just motives. May they not seek revenge, so that the nation might experience a peaceful transition.
- 4. - Pray that the Togolese people would seek their answers from God and repent.
- 5. - Pray that the peace of God will fill the land.
- 6. - Also pray that the Church in Togo will be light and salt in the country.
- 7. - Pray against the schemes of the Devil, who seeks to shed innocent blood.

We often thank the Lord for raising up BLF and for the ministry He has given BLF in reaching out to French speakers around the world with the gospel. As Thanksgiving Day approaches, please join us in thanking the Lord for all He is doing in and through BLF.
Thank the Lord for:
--- The seven full-time staff members of BLF in France, and for the staff in the BLF USA and Canadian offices.
--- For those who have written—and continue to write—and produce the materials BLF publishes.
--- For those who give and those who pray for BLF.
--- Thank you for praying for our travels from August until now. The Lord has answered by keeping us safe on the roads and in good health, also by giving us many good contacts in churches, universities, conferences, and in offices.
--- Let us pray for the effectiveness of our literature in the lives of those who read and use it, that it will make the gospel clear to all who read it, that God will open hearts to receive Him and to grow in Him, that He will take the books to those around the world who need His Word.
BLF is so very blessed to have you as faithful partners in prayer and giving. Thank you !
