weekend. The event
was great! Pray for
us as we follow up

November 11th
is Remembrance
Day in Canada.
We remember our
fallen soldiers who
sacrificed
themselves for our
freedom. Pray that
Canadians would see
that Jesus did the
same thing.

Pray for Daniel
Julien as he is
taking a sabbatical
for one year to
recoup from a back
injury and to then
plan for future
ministry.

Praise God for
Two new much
needed books published
by BLF Europe in
November:
Book 1: Médiums,
astrologues, guérisseurs...
Ce qu'ils ne vous disent
pas (Mediums,
astrologers, healers ...
what they don't
tell you)
Many
areas of the
French-speaking world
deal with the occult.
This book, which belongs
to BLF's "New
Beginnings" collection,
will help many people.
It has been written by
Emmanuel Maennlein, a
French author who
travels throughout the
French-speaking world
and gives conferences on
the subject of the
occult.

with the Lausanne

Manga Bible in French
schools project:
In June, as part of the
"Marjorie Chaix"
project, we sent 3 Manga
Bible volumes -- Le
Messie, Métamorphose,
and Mutinerie -- to all
the bishops in France
and Québec. We have just
received another kind
response from one of
them:
"I
received the package
that you sent me and the
gift of the three works
on the Bible in Manga.
Thank you. I appreciate
them a lot. Bravo for
the enormous work of
creating this image.
Bravo for the energy
that you put into
joining our youth to the
path of construction ...
and their quest for
direction. I

with us until November
15. She is making good
progress in the 2011
accounting.
— Kevin and Debbi
already left for the
USA. They did an
excellent job with the
last two teams. They
will return, God
willing, in the spring.
— Annie Baziuk
arrives from the USA
November 17. She joins
the team in Marpent for
12 months. |

Evangélique Lognes
November 20-22, 2011:
Every year around
mid-November, five of
our BLF Europe team go
to Paris for three days.
The annual Evangelical
Center exposition brings
together most of the
evangelical
organizations in France,
and BLF has its place
among all the French
evangelical publishers.
The preparations for
such an event are
intense. It takes us at
least 15 days to
finalize everything.
Please pray for this
event that the
results of which will
allow God's Word in
print to reach and
impact an ever
increasing number of
groups of French
speaking people
for Jesus Christ - world
wide. |

the timing of his
arrival was perfect

process of drawing

shop's space for
offices, storage,
and shipping.

Praise that
Walter had
successful cataract
surgery on
October 12 on his
left eye. He had his
right eye done on
July 13. He now has
20/20 vision for
distance, but will
need to wear glasses
for reading and
close up work.
-
On November 2 Nancy
had a PET scan.
Continue to pray
that she will get a
good report of no
cancer when she sees
her oncologist on
November 10, 2011.
-
Pray for a
long time friend and
supporter of BLF who
recently had
surgery for
abdominal surgery.
She is otherwise in
good health, but now
needs prayer for a
full recovery.
-
Continue to pray
for two ladies to
whom we have given
literature--Lisa, a
French New Testament
and Carolyn, a
spiral Daily
Devotional reader,
which clearly
presents the Gospel.

pray for travel mercies
for Annie Baziuk as
she comes to Chicago
Nov. 6th-8th
for some final meetings
before her departure to
France on Nov. 16th.
Pray for God to protect
her health as she is
busy making final
preparations and meeting
with friends and family
before she leaves.
Praise God for all
the things He
accomplished through the
leaders and members of
the 2011 Impressions
Teams. We are
thankful to each and
every one of them for
sacrificially giving of
their time and resources
to serve alongside us as
we continue to reach the
French-speaking world
for Christ!
Please pray for God
to bring forth His
servants who are willing
to lead a team in 2012
or serve as Host and
Hostess in France next
year. The prime team
spots of June and July
of 2012 are open and
potentially some fall
dates as well! The need
for Host and Hostess is
anywhere from April
through July or Sept
through October. |
