Philip Kapitaniuk :
• Praise for the good delivery of Manga Bibles: We have received a new container with 20,000 Manga Les Magistrats (newest volume), 15,000 Manga Le Messie, and 25,000 Manga Extraits. The unloading went without any problems! The awaiting orders can now go out.
• The September 28 issue of the secular magazine "Comment ça marche" features a full-page ad for the Manga Bible on the back cover! (This is the French translation of the UK magazine “How It Works”.)
• Every month 100,000 copies are printed. Please pray for this ad to have a favorable impact on its readers (targeted at 15- to 25-year-old men).

Alain Stamp :
• BLF Europe, after a long deliberation, will not be merging with another publishing house as was envisioned. Thus, in order to perpetuate growth, we need to be careful in our management and organization. Pray that God helps us in this area.
• Pray for the next international board meeting in Hampton, VA, on October 27. Pray that together we can discern the task that God has given us in the spreading of the Gospel to the francophone world.

Nicolas Devins :
• Praise for the IT Team here this week to help with the bindery of the 5,000 David C. Cook Bibles for children. Praise that the machines are still working without any problems.
• Pray for opportunities to sell the machines no longer needed at the best price.

Bruno Payen :
• Pray for the coming of Annie Baziuk, that she can quickly reach 90% of her support in order to come help us.

Fred Mondin :
• Several proofreaders don’t have time to work on our books right now. This is causing publication delays. Please pray that we can find new, efficient workers.

Ruben Nussbaumer :
• Pray that I can quickly familiarize myself with all the projects that I must takeover following Stéphane’s departure.
• Pray for ways to effectively spread the word about our new site www.LaBibleManga.com.

Olivier Drogue :
• Pray for good management of priorities for the publishing of BLF books as well as the requests for graphic design from Christian workers in France.
• The site www.LaBibleManga.com will open officially on October 11. Thank you for praying for its finalization and that this site will publicize the Manga Bible so that many French young people (and less young) will be challenged by the Gospel message … and those in the rest of the world, too!

John Looney :
• Praise that the US Impressions Team is here and getting the bibles glued cut and ready for shipping.
• Pray for physical strength as i adjust to being on my feet all day.

Prayer & Praises from BLF USA

Annie Baziuk, BLF US Missionary Heading to Marpent, France

• Praise God that I have reached 90% of the total budget for one year's work at the shop in Marpent!
• Pray for Sue (at the BLF USA office) as she gathers all the visa paperwork together and for me as I make an appointment at the French Consulate in Los Angeles.
• Pray for God's timing and control over my departure, planned for the week of November 14th.
• Pray that I will be able to use my time wisely as I prepare to leave.

• A big 'thank you' to each one who has prayed for our travels and presentations during our trip in the mid-west. The Lord has blessed each presentation and we praise the Lord for each person who is involving him/herself in some way with BLF.
• We are still making contacts and traveling during the next two weeks - we would appreciate your continued prayers.

• Praise God for a good missions fair at the Village Covenant Church in Azusa, CA last Sunday. Pray that those who visited our BLF display will wish to become involved with BLF's ministry in some way. We presented our Manga books and the pastor showed great interest in them.
• Pray for Walter as he has cataract surgery on October 12 for a successful surgery and that he will have excellent vision once again. In addition, pray for a good report as he sees his internist on October 5 in preparation for that surgery.
• Pray that Nancy will get a good report from her PET scan on November 2, 2011.
• Pray for a long time friend who is suffering greatly with her knees. On October 3 she will have knee surgery. Pray for a successful surgery and for her to be free of severe pain.
