BLF Prayer & Praise - September 21^st, 2011

Dear Friends,

Thank you for joining BLF in our weekly Prayer & Praise. We appreciate your fellowship and partnership in this ministry.
Thank you for praying for these items of interest and concern to BLF. Your prayer is important. May God richly bless you!

Praise the Lord! BLF Canada (Quebec office) has shipped 50,000 Mini-Bibles (21 boxes total) and 200 solar powered Gospel message recorders (Donated from In Touch Ministries) to a container in Laval that will depart for Haiti on October 29^th with a missionary team from "La Bible Parle" in Québec.

We are still raising funds to send pastoral library packs to pastors in Haiti as well.

Praise God - He has supplied 83% of my support that I needed to start the visa paperwork!
Pray that God would put on the hearts of others to complete the "final mile" of funding.

Praise God for knowing exactly where the funding will come from.

Praise God for new friends to know and serve.

Pray for good time management as I start a new class and keep raising support.

Pray for the smooth and quick processing of my visa.

From the September Impressions Team heading to France - Pray For ...

For safe travel to and from France

That we will be an encouragement and a help to the missionaries we will work with in France

For good health and stamina

That we will be unified in spirit as we serve the Lord together

Please pray for Kayla King whose aunt (Freda King) recently went to be with the Lord after suffering complications from a stroke last March. Kayla is a previous Impressions Team leader and member of the October 2011 team. Freda had been a part of the October A 2009 team and had been hoping to participate again.

2012 Opportunities
There are many opportunities for serving on a team in 2012... But first we need Team Leaders!
Please prayerfully consider how you might serve God this next year. Perhaps now may be the time to step out of your comfort zone and lead a team. By leading a team, you would be opening a door for others to experience a missions trip... perhaps for even the first time!
